EARLY RELEASE FOR STUDENT DRIVERS:

Due to the heavy volume and to increase efficiency in the attendance office, the attendance office requests for student drivers who have appointments and need to be released early to adhere to the following guidelines:

The morning of the release, students bring in a note from parent, indicating the student's full name, time for checkout and a valid phone number where the parent can be reached for verification.

It is important to note, without parent verification, the student will not be granted early release.  It is also important for the students to bring the release notes into the attendance office the morning of, not moments before the release, to allow proper verification and to expedite a timely release.

Your cooperation with this process is greatly appreciated.

 STUDENT ABSENCES:

Students who are absent must submit a valid excuse for their absence within 3 days of the absence.

A phone call to the attendance office is not an acceptable form of submission to validate an absence.  Please only send a parent note or doctor's note.

Attendance Notes should contain the student's full name, grade, date(s) of absence(s), parent's signature and contact number.

Absences that are 3 consecutive days or longer require a doctor's note.

The attendance office is not required to update attendance for notes received after 3 days of the student's return.
