Transcripts

Please make sure you follow ALL steps and make sure you are filling out the correct forms under the Transcripts tab at the top of this page.  

Former students must follow directions on how to order from Douglas County School System website at dcssga.org. 

Official Transcripts are sent when applying to colleges, some scholarships, etc.

*Current Pre-IB and IB Students should contact Mrs. Vanderweit or Mrs. Helms for transcript requests.* 

FINAL Transcripts are ordered in the Spring of the Senior year (and Summer after).  These will need to be ordered by ALL graduating Seniors going to any post secondary school (IB and non-IB).  These aren't mailed out until late June each year and all colleges are aware of this timeline.
