Council on Economic Education Teacher of the Year

Each year, the Georgia Council on Economic Education (GCEE) recognizes an outstanding K–12 classroom teacher who has made a meaningful impact on economic and personal finance education through exemplary teaching. In 2011, this honor was awarded to Kristen Johnson of Chapel Hill High School, in recognition of her dedication to student learning and excellence in the classroom. This year, this prestigious state award is bestowed upon our very own Jeff Foley for his innovation, passion, and commitment to his classroom community.  HE IS THE STATE TEACHER OF THE YEAR FOR THE COUNCIL ON ECONOMIC EDUCATION!
